A group of 6 motorcycles left Loftus Oval at 8am this morning for Whispers’ Monday morning ride. There were 6 riders and 1 pillion, Whispers, Andy, Andrew, Bob, Perry, John & Debbie riding on 4 Harleys, a Honda Shadow and a BMW respectively.
We headed down the Old Princes Highway & onto Mt Ousley Road. A last minute change of plans had us arriving at Kiama for a cup of coffee/hot chocolate and breakfast for some at the KG Café in the main street of Kiama. The food, coffees and hot chocolates were really good and I’d recommend anyone down that way to drop in and sample their wares. The weather was perfect for riding and a great morning was had by all.
Andrew Hincks left us at the cafe to go to Albion Park from Kiama and the rest of us then left shortly afterwards heading for home up Mt Ousley Road and onto the Old Princes Highway again, stopping briefly at Heathcote to say our goodbyes and take a group photo. Everyone appeared to have a great morning among good company.
