With the rain clearing, we only had 4 turn up today, for what turned out to be a brilliant day.
We had TT, our ever-reliable TEC, on his FJR, Gerry Bullfrog Bloemen on his XR, Phil Chainsaw Brasher on his KTM and Colonel Col on his 800 GT.
As the usual Meet and Greet welcome’s go, this was no different, with various destinations thrown around, and everyone electing someone else to lead the ride.
The Colonel drew the short straw and was talked into leading the group on what was to be a traditional short Tuesday ride.
We headed down the OPH, took the Picton Rd exit, went down Mt Kembla, then up Mt Kirea and then Clive Bissell Drive across to Mt Ousley for a run back to the north where we went down Bulli Pass, and enjoyed a very nice relaxing ride, back up the coast rd. to the Burgh, where we headed for the Social Café for a bite to eat and refreshments.
We could not have asked for a nicer or more relaxing morning, great ride guys.
