A group of about 10 St George Sutherland members left Menai at 9am for Narellan to link with the Macarthur, Eastern Creek , Wollondilly and other Branches riding to Cordeaux Dam. Several other members made their way directly to the venue where a welcome coffee from the van was available.
About 10:45 the main group arrived numbering maybe 70-80 bikes.
Shane from Macarthur Branch started proceedings before handing over to the MC who led a Prayer for those who have Ridden On. It seems we are not the only Branch to have lost a number of Members this past year.
Tim Shelton spoke of the Motorcycle Show at Paddy’s Food Market on 5th Oct (see post on Facebook). Tunnels reminded the group that Cycle Torque is on later in October as well and he distributed flyers.
After a round of applause in appreciation of Macarthur Branch for supplying the BBQ we lined up for a very good feed and spent the rest of the time catching up with old friends.
We made our way home individually and in small groups after a great day out.
