A whiff of some rain, but 5 hearty souls still made a show, looking for a ride, We had Gerry, Halfway Dave, Speedy made a rare appearance, Shane and myself, and I somehow got talked into leading the ride, I took the OPH, and headed straight down to the Fowlers Rd exit, taking in Mt Marshal Rd, Church St through Albion Park, and onto Jamberoo, before heading up Jamberoo Pass, where we were held up for a while at road works, while a tree was cut down, then it was the Illawarra Hwy and Into Mossvale, and onto our destination, Schmoken at Berrima.

We were enjoying our coffee and nibbles and noticed the weather starting to turn, and not long after that, we noticed a bit of a spit of rain, a check of the radar, revealed a rain front heading east, so we didn’t dilly-dallying, and hit the road asap to head north as much as possible, which we did, exiting the Hume at Picton Rd, waving goodbye to Halfway, with the rest of us hitting Appin Rd and then home, it was good timing, as we all arrived home dry.
