Went on my 1st Monday Cruisers ride today, as usual we met at 8am at Loftus Oval where ride leader Whispers gave us the ride plan.
He lead us to the Albion Park Rail Golden Arches, as we reached the area I could sense the warm smell of cow manure from the adjoining farms within my helmet and sadly Maccas was under renovation so plan B was to go to the 2nd best restaurant in the area being a nearby Hungry Jacks.
All good when we arrived there, noting the chefs special being fried onion rings we stuck to coffee and toasties, while Perry entertained us with some of his great and animated stories.
Great start to the week for me, then sadly back to the office, while the other 2 went home to a blissful retirement.
