Saturday 28th October, Dakar led a group of 5 riders on an over 400 km ride, great riding conditions for this one, nice and cool for most of it.
The 8am start had us down at Nowra for coffee at about 9.45 am traveling via the back roads behind Berry, down to the Shoalhaven river, we then hit the Nerriga rd, stopping at Nerriga to water the horses, and then riding on to our lunch stop at Johnno’s Corner.
The run home had us hit the freeway at the Bungonia rd junction, where we did the Highland Way via Bundanoon, and back through Robertson for a drink, via Pearsons Lane, and down Mac pass and home, a big thanks to Beat for leading the ride and to Mark, Brian and Gorilla for making the ride a very enjoyable one.
