A great turnout for the Tuesday Coffee Ride today, 12 bikes and 2 pillions. Gorilla was keen to lead and initially planned to go to Cordeaux Caffeine, however a few of us had BYO hot dogs and persuaded him to change to the Picton Memorial Park. Just as well, Cordeaux Caffeine posted on Face Book that their toilet key went missing and you can imagine the dramas that would have caused for some of those that need regular breaks!
A crisp but sunny winters morning saw us heading to Waterfall (15 degrees C ) and through the RNP (6 degrees C) before taking the well travelled route to Appin, Douglas Park, Finns Road and across Razorback to our destination.
It turned out that Seagull and Bullfrog had never been there before, and possibly others? A nice destination with a Bakery, plenty of seating and all the facilities we needed.
Talk about where Ulysses Inc is heading at the moment and what is being done to recruit new members dominated the discussions.
The run home was uneventful apart from a little more traffic than on the outward bound leg as we retraced our steps.
Thanks Keith and TEC TT ,my first ride for a little while.
