7 degrees at 8 am but that didn’t bother 3 hardy Ulysses namely Perry, Slim and Whispers.
Beautiful clear morning but a bit cool, head for the sun. Shell cove was the destination. School holidays gave us a dream run past Wollongong.
Arriving at Shell Cove in just over an hour, looking over the marina where Perry’s yacht is moored we decided against taking the Vessel for a cruise and chose a table sheltered from the breeze and admiring the view from the cafe. Scrambled eggs on toast with tomato and spinach was my choice, the others chose Bacon and egg rolls w/ coffee. Sitting in the sun reluctant to depart, Perry sounded the full time hooter. Back the same way without seeing a single Blue light Perry requested a visit to Darks Forrest fruit and veggie stall, nice place for a short ride, fresh fruit pleasant views. Arriving home 12.30, rest of the day your choice.
Cheers Whispers.
