Today was Pirates shopping tour to Berrima, 16 riders turned up today, who would have thought shopping was so popular with blokes.
We headed down the OPH and then got onto Appin Rd, where we passed an unfortunate motorist being booked, before making our way via Broughton Pass and Bingara Gorge, before jumping on to the motorway down to the Bargo exit, taking in the Y towns, Old South Rd, skirting the back of Bowral and crossing the railway line for our final run to Schmoken at Berrima.
Pirate had booked us a nice table out the front, with umbrellas for shade, everyone quickly ordered their coffee and food, which was enjoyed by all. Pirate told everyone when we arrived, that we will be at Schmoken for 1 hour, so the shopper’s could pop up the road and shop within that hour, and when Pirate was asked for shopping money, he informed them that they were required to use their own, so nobody went shopping, not even Pirate.
After a relaxing morning tea, we started departed early with Snapper Snee and Barny headed one way, Sniper another, and the rest of us basically headed back the way we came.
