Thursday 12th September, today we were greeted by the coolest day in weeks, 3 riders made a show, Postie Jim led the ride, I was the middle man, and our Tec for the day was Shrek, all recovered from his heart attack, We decided on Thirlmere, we got there via Appin Rd, Menangle, Cowdor, Camden, The Oaks, and Oakdale.
After our enjoyable coffee and pies, Postie took us the long way home, via Hilltop, the Y towns, Tahmoor, Picton, Douglas Park, and back to Appin Rd for the final run north up the OPH. A good run today, with only a few spots of rain here and there. Thanks to Postie and Shrek for a great day. Good to see Shrek back in the saddle again.
